- Nursing Agency putting nurses, AIN's + cleaners etc into a no# of private nursing homes
- Labour hire agreement for 5-yrs w/ 20 pre-approved visas via the Australian Dept of Immigration
Currently waiting on large 3x tender responses (incl Motor Accidents Insurance Board: MAIB & ASIA /iCare) for additional participants needing 24 hr support care so this current fin yr will see ongoing growth w/ additional participants. W/ NDIS registrations under an ABN; it is usual that a co# sale will occur. In this case the lease of premises ($8K/12 + GST) will move to the new business owner; w/ just a change of control clause reqd. Vans & cars are not incl in this sale; but acquisition can be negotiated if reqd.

Grossing nearly $5M in 2023, this opportunity has an NDIS arm + an in-home aged care business + a nursing agency. Vendor's willing to sign a non-compete clause as he intends to relocate internationally. Turning over approx $70-$80K/month, this business has nearly every registration available w/ the NDIS (excl SIL + SDA). It is currently operating on a mixed govt support/privately billed basis.
Home Care Package levels + Level of care needs
- 2/Low = approx $18k pa
- 3/Intermediate = approx $39,300 pa
- 4/High Care = approx $60K pa
W/ approx 165 participants (40 NDIS & 125 aged members getting about 15 hrs/wk support), they are plan mngrs & mostly support plan managed participants. 500+ people have already been applied for (4 or 5/day) & they are in the national queue. When their time comes to be approved by the govt + their assessments are completed, this co# starts supporting them once their packages are assigned. This list of potential-clients-in-waiting will be transferred to the new co# owner.
The team will ideally transition to the new buyer. In a new premises w/ a 5 yr lease, there are still opportunities to grow this business! Any unspent funds remain with the govt (since 2022), not with the client.
