The current customer base includes Real Estate Property Managers, All types of Commercial Properties and Residential Clients.
It provides full Pest Control Services including Spraying, Commercial Operations, Termite Inspections & Termite Barriers.
Currently there are 4 Technicians operating in the Business
The Company operates from a well appointed premises in Cleveland with a secure long term lease in place

THE OPPORTUNITY
The current owner has plans in place for a significant expansion of the business, the plan is to establish operations throughout various cities across Queensland and to set up a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to become a leader in Pest Control Education.
