As an accredited, family-owned & operated clinic; currently open Mon-Sat in one of Melbourne's SE growth suburbs, this modern clinic is not DPA. The drs are friendly, approachable & thorough, always taking the time to listen & go through everything w/ pts.

The principal Dr is selling due to health concerns & an interest in regaining his work/life balance. He wks F/T  & his wife wks F/T too as the PM. She's on $40/hr + super + both will be leaving at settlement. There are 3x admin staff,  P/T nurse. There is a P/T female GP on 70% fee split working 3x full days/wk, being Wed, Thurs + Fri. With a locum Dr (70/30) in place since Feb '22 til Aug '22 doing 2x days/wk & the owner working FT currently; a new GP buyer could finish up the locum or owner GP & take over their pt base.

GP services, incl but are not limited to:

  • ECG
  • Women's, children's + youth health
  • Asthma + allergy mgmt
  • Smoking cessation
  • Travel clinic
  • Mental health
  • CDM
  • Immunisation + incl COVID
  • Skin checks + Minor surg
  • Family planning
  • Shared care

BB services are offered to all pts holding a M'care card for all M'care-eligible procedures. Gross Billings in 2021 were the best ever since opening so year on year growth has been experienced since it opened in 2018 as a new clinic! 

There is parking available for pts & the shopping centre is nearby along w/ the train station.

With 2x CR's in use & a treatment rm, there is an extra room path can rent as currently it is being used as a storage room. The lease (3x3x3 yrs) can be transferred to the new business owner. The lease is now into its 2nd 3x yr option for 6 months, so effectively 5.5 yrs remaining. Rent is $33K pa + GST + outgoings. Council permission is only for 2x FTE GPs; permission to expand will need to be sought from council. There is a large vacant block at the rear which could potentially be utilized in the future.
