With a GP ready to relocate interstate from 3-6 months post settlement, we need a GP buyer to see the value of this established GP clinic (Oct 2015) w/ the sale price incl goodwill + the fitting & fixtures, P+E as well as medical consumables remaining in the clinic until the day of settlement. This, w/ a new lease, will allow the business to be sold as a going concern, therefore no GST will be due + payable. There will be 5,000+ pts on the data base at settlement.
Offering the full range of services expected in a GP clinic, this solo clinician had plans to grow the space, but was thwarted by the COVID lockdowns & telehealth introductions; which meant that a lot of allied health providers such as psychologists that would usually work from within a practice, were able to work remotely & not need to commit to paying rent.
The practice aims at maximising its efforts towards improving & maintaining the health & wellbeing of the local community. This is achievable through organised services focusing on the pts needs. To this end, the vendor's plan has been the care of 2 main pt categories – those at health risk & those requiring regular services. He endeavours to be proactive & opportunistic for the benefit of the pts’ health, through their automated recall system.

The vendor, in addition to his GP experience, has post-graduate degrees & offers the following clinics:
Path rent a rm (currently paying $25K pa) & once there are 2x FTE GPs, they will incl nurse support. Subtenants also include a Dietitian. 6x CR's, 2 bay treatment room, 4 permits for drs, endless free car parks! The practice uses BP.
Site visits may take place at a mutually convenient time after hours or over the weekend to maintain patient/staff confidentiality.
